ZTZ seeks anti-trust approval to acquire Ural Steel

Russian large-diameter pipe producer Zagorsk Pipe Works (ZTZ) has filed a request with the country's federal anti-monopoly service (FAS) to acquire 100% voting shares in Metalloinvest’s Ural Steel works.
