ZTZ decreases domestic-market railway LDP shipments
Russia's Zagorsk Pipe Works (ZTZ) decreased shipments of large-diameter pipes (LDP) by rail in April, according to Russian Railways (RDZ) data. The volume amounted to 16,200 tonnes, which is 33% lower compared with the previous month, but 35% more year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
In January-April, ZTZ’s shipments reached 66,400t, down by 23% on-year. In the first four months of 2024, the pipemaker delivered 33% of its shipments to Russian gas giant Gazprom…
