Zhanjiang kicks off freight partnership
Zhanjiang Railway Freight Centre took on 20 April delivery of its first hot rolled coil from Baosteel’s Zhanjiang Iron & Steel. Although Zhanjiang is in Guangdong Province, Zhanjiang Railway Freight Centre is locally owned by the government of Guangxi Province, where Wuhan Iron & Steel is building a rival steelworks.
