Yunnan Desheng announces equipment upgrade plan
Southwestern China’s Yunnan Desheng Iron & Steel has announced an equipment upgrade plan, according to the provincial Economy & Information Commission. Desheng says that the upgrade scheme will help to cut steelmaking costs and improve production techniques, Kallanish notes.
