Xingtai reduces restrictions on construction sites in winter
Hebei province's Xingtai city government has recently annouced restrictions on steelmakers and construction works. The restrictions on steelmakers are basically the same as last year, although more construction projects can avoid such constraints this year, Kallanish notes.
