Wu'an and Jincheng to close polluting steelworks
China's Hebei Wu'an and Shanxi Jincheng cities will stop production at heavily polluting steelworks in 2018. Increasing pressure to save energy and reduce emissions by the Chinese government will put more limitations on steel production, Kallanish notes.
