WTO rules on Canadian pipe duties
The World Trade Organization (WTO) has asked Canada to bring its anti-dumping assessment procedures in line with international standards regarding duties applied to welded pipe from Taiwan, Kallanish learns from a WTO report.
The WTO found that some of Canada’s procedures for applying anti-dumping duties to Taiwanese pipe were inconsistent with established protocol.
