West Europe scrap prices flatten
French and Luxembourg scrap prices are stable this month. Several mills are reporting significant scrap needs in June. This is in line with the German scrap market, which is also showing stable on-month values. Export prices from these countries towards Turkey and North Africa are also stable, with some export volumes rebounding, suppliers note.
