EU scrap players’ views diverge over shortages
Scrap availability in Europe is a hotly debated topic at present. In the opinion of some buyers and sellers, the scrap shortage afflicting the Italian market in May is now expanding to Germany, France and some other northern EU countries, Kallanish notes.
