Welspun plans pipe plant, foresees Mid-East demand growth
Welspun plans to construct a 175,000 tonnes/year capacity spiral-welded pipe plant in Madhya Pradesh. The Indian firm says there is an uptick in pipe demand in North America, while oil & gas segment demand in the Middle East and North Africa should see a boost in the second half of the fiscal year through March 2019.
