Weglokoks secures control over Huta Pokoj
The Katowice Court of Appeal has dismissed the legal case brought by Euro-Grupa against Weglokoks’ assumption of majority control over Huta Pokoj following Pokoj’s PLN 7.2 million ($2m) capital increase.
