Walsin Lihwa lifts stainless steel price in June
Taiwan's Walsin Lihwa has lifted prices of most stainless steel products in June due to the higher cost of materials and power, Kallanish understands.
This company increased the price of 300 series products by TWD 3,000/t ($93/t) in June, for the sixth consecutive month this year. 200 series, 316 series and products with copper premiums saw a TWD 1,000/t rise. Meanwhile, 400 series prices are unchanged on-month.
