Walsin Lihwa buys Cogne Acciai Speciali majority stake

Taiwan’s Walsin Lihwa has signed an agreement to buy a 70% stake in Italian stainless long steelmaker Cogne Acciai Speciali, headquartered in Aosta, Kallanish learns from a Cogne spokesperson.
