Vietnamese HRC prices plummet further
The Vietnamese hot rolled import market continues to weaken amid sluggish demand, Kallanish notes. Buyers continued to bid at ever-lower levels .
Earlier last week, a 20,000-tonne cargo of Indian SAE 1006 hot rolled 2mm up thickness coil was ordered at $562/tonne cfr Ho Chi Minh City, $5/t lower from similar Indian-HRC bookings the week before.
