Vietnamese HRC languishes on weak demand
The Vietnamese hot rolled coil market continues to languish. Domestic producer, Formosa Ha Tinh Steel (FHS), was forced to discount its domestic prices to spur buying among domestic rerollers, Kallanish understands from market sources.
