Vietnamese buyers book cheaper Chinese commercial HRC
Vietnam's hot rolled coil import market saw a dip in commercial HRC prices from China, Kallanish notes. At the end of last week, local mill Formosa Ha Tinh Steel (FHS) released its latest domestic allocations at reduced prices in tandem with the weak Vietnamese market (see Kallanish passim).
