Vietnam finalises duties on Chinese H-beams
At the start of this week the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade belatedly issued an order finalising anti-dumping duties on steel H-beams from China. The final duties have been lowered slightly from preliminary duties and Hebei Jinxi and Rizhao Iron and Steel have secured preferential rates, Kallanish notes.
