Vietnam disputes Indonesian steel duties at WTO
Vietnam plans to ask the World Trade Organization (WTO) to establish a dispute settlement panel to rule on Indonesian safeguard tariffs on coated steel sheets, according to Law 360. The move means that the two sides have been unable to reach an agreement after Vietnam first brought its complaint in June, Kallanish notes.
