Vale expands executive structure
Vale’s board of directors has expanded the company's executive structure, the company says in a note monitored by Kallanish. The company has created four new executive positions.
Iron Solutions will accelerate the development of innovative products in Vale’s iron ore business and improve marketing strategy. It will be headed by the company’s vice president and director of ferrous metals, Marcello Spinelli.
