Vale, Anglo discuss Serpentina project joint development
Brazilian miner Vale denies being in preliminary talks with Anglo American over the acquisition of a stake in the latter’s Minas-Rio mine. It confirms it has however had preliminary discussions with Anglo on the possibility to jointly develop its Serpentina project.
In December, Bloomberg reported Vale was mulling a stake in Minas-Rio (see Kallanish passim).
