Vale concludes Midwestern System divestment
Brazilian miner Vale tells Kallanish it has concluded the sale of its iron ore, manganese and logistics companies at the Midwestern System in Mato Grosso do Sul state to J&F Mineração.
This was possible after recieving approval from Brazilian watchdog Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE), and meeting all other closing conditions, the miner adds.
