Vale completes decommissioning of B3/B4 dam
Brazil’s Vale has completed the decommissioning of its B3/B4 dam in Mina de Serra Azul upstream dam, Kallanish learns from the miner.
The measure was announced on 29 January 2019 following the Brumadinho accident.
