Vale, BHP agree compensation programme for Samarco
The Brazilian State court of Mariana approved Vale, BHP and Samarco agreement with local institutions over the compensation program for the impacts caused by the Fundão dam accident. This was communicated in a note issued by the Minas Gerais state public prosecutors' office, monitored by Kallanish.
