USW dresses down Korea for union busting
The United Steelworkers labour union is objecting to the renegotiation of the US-Korea Free Trade Agreement (KORUS) on the grounds of alleged Korean union-busting activities, Kallanish reports.
The USW cites alleged labour law violations surrounding the Korean-owned Kumho Tire facility in Macon, Georgia, as well as the arrest of Korean labour organisers.
