Usiminas increases steel production in 2018
Brazilian steelmaker Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais (Usiminas) saw its annual financial results for its steelmaking arm improve year-on-year in 2018. This itself was the result of higher crude steel production and finished products' output during the period, Usiminas says in its quarterly results monitored by Kallanish.
