Usiminas ceo merry-go-round keeps on turning
The boardroom battle at Brazilian steelmaker Usiminas is kicking off again, Kallanish notes. The company has once more removed ceo Rômel Erwin de Souza, and replaced him with board member Sergio Leite de Andrade, much to the chagrin of Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metals Corporation (NSSMC).
