US tubular players speak out on IPSCO buy
US tubular market sources tell Kallanish they believe Tenaris’ imminent buy of TMK IPSCO will have a number of short-to-medium term implications for the larger market.
Russian parent TMK plans to sell its North American division for $1.209 billion (see related article).
