Credit Suisse downgrades US steel sector
The combination of import tariffs and increased demand has pushed US steel prices and production up, causing Credit Suisse to downgrade the market sector from 'market weight' to 'overweight', Kallanish reports.
Nucor, Steel Dynamics and Cleveland Cliffs were all downgraded to 'neutral' from an earlier rating of 'outperform'.
