US' Schnitzer promotes Lundgren to board chair
US longs producer and recycler Schnitzer Steel has promoted its chief executive officer to a concurrent position as chairwoman of the company’s board of directors, Kallanish reports.
Ceo Tamara Lundgren will assume both positions retroactive to 27 March.
She succeeds former chairman John Carter. Lundgren has served as president and ceo of Schnitzer since December 2008.
