US rules on Turkish welded pipes case
The US Court of International Trade (CIT) has ruled that imports of large-diameter welded tubes from Turkish producer Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (BMB) are subject to an anti-dumping duty rate of 0%, Kallanish reports.
