US rebar pricing hovers in mid-November
Pricing in the US rebar market remained quiet over the past week as buyers in the construction industry prepare for a temporary seasonal slowdown in demand. At the same time, several US long steel mills have reported record-high quarterly and year-to-date earnings in recent weeks, with notably strong backlogs heading into Q1 of next year.
