US quadruples Korea wire rod dumping margins

A US correction to a ministerial error in a recent wire rod dumping case resulted in a quadrupling of the assigned anti-dumping margins for Korea, Kallanish understands. The US Department of Commerce failed to convert the currency it was basing its preliminary decision on to US dollars – bumping the assigned dumping margin from 10.09% to 40.8%.
