USITC schedules plate anti-dumping decision for 7 November
The US International Trade Commission plans to announce its sweeping preliminary anti-dumping margins on discrete plate from Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea and Taiwan on 7 November, Kallanish reports.
The petitioners in the case are ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor and SSAB. The case is part of a larger investigation launched in April.
Margins alleged for the named countries-of-origin range from 28.43-248.64%.
