US OCTG trade case moves forward
The US International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative injury determination in the trade case investigating OCTG imports from four countries.
The countries being evaluated for allegedly selling OCTG at less than fair value include Argentina, Mexico, and Russia. Potentially countervailable government subsidies by Russia and South Korea are also being scruitnised.
