US objects to Turkey's WTO pipe panel request
The US has expressed its disagreement to Turkey's request for the establishment of a panel in a dispute over the US' countervailing duties (CVD) on certain Turkish pipe imports.
"As the United States has explained to Turkey, the determinations identified in Turkey’s request for panel establishment are fully consistent with WTO rules," the US says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
