US new residential construction rises in October
US new residential construction increased slightly from September to October, according to data gathered by the US Census Bureau and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Kallanish reports.
According to the newly released construction statistics, privately-owned housing units authorised by building permits in October were reported at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.545 million units.
