US new home sales rise in September
Sales of new single-family houses in the US decreased slightly from August to September, but remain up on-year, Kallanish reports.
In September, sales of new single-family houses were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 959,000 units according to data gathered by the US Census Bureau and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is -3.5% below August's revised rate of 994,000 units.
