US new home sales down slightly in October
Sales of new single-family houses in the US are down slightly from September to October but remain up on-year, Kallanish reports.
In October, sales of new single-family houses were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 999,000 units, according to data gathered by the US Census Bureau and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is -0.3% below September's revised rate of 1.002 million units.
