TCUD hails CIT ruling on Turkish HRC CVD
The Turkish Steel Producers' association (TCUD) recently welcomed a decision by the US Court of International Trade (CIT) to decline countervailing duty imposition on Turkish hot-rolled coil (HRC) imports.
