US makes preliminary Turkish rebar determinations
The US Department of Commerce has made its preliminary subsidy margin determinations on imports of rebar from Turkey, Kallanish reports.
The department found subsidy margins of 3.47%. A final determination is expected on or about 16 May. The margins must then be inspected for injury by the US International Trade Commission before duties can be levied.
