US line pipe prices sink in August
US line pipe prices slipped from July to August, led down primarily by domestic mills, according to data analyst Pipe Logix.
Overall line pipe prices in the US fell by -0.5% in August. Domestic prices fell -0.9% to $2,249/short ton, while import prices fell by -0.1% to $1,756/st.
