US line pipe prices rise in November
US average line pipe prices increased about 1% in November, with the gains split almost equally between domestic and imported pipe, Kallanish learns from data analyst Pipe Logix.
US average line pipe prices were $1,572/short ton in November – up 1% on domestic side to $1,866/st and 1.1% on the import side to $1,278/st.
Seamless prices for both products increased by 1.7%, accounting for the bulk of the individual gains.
