US ITC upholds rebar duties for 7 countries

The US International Trade Commission has determined that revoking rebar anti-dumping duties on seven targeted countries would likely lead to the resumption of dumping, Kallanish reports. As part of a five-year sunset review, the commission upheld duties on rebar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine. A full report will be released by 6 December.
