US ITC upholds Japan nickel-plated flats duties
The US International Trade Commission has decided to uphold its anti-dumping duties on diffusion-annealed nickel-plated flat-rolled steel from Japan.
Eliminating the duties would likely lead to a resumption of dumping, the commissioners decided following a customary five-year sunset review. Three of the five commissioners voted in the affirmative, while two did not participate in the vote.
