US ITC upholds duties on stainless sheet
The US International Trade Commission has voted to uphold extant duties on imports from stainless sheet and strip from Japan, Korea and Taiwan, Kallanish understands.
The routine five-year sunset review found that revoking the duties “... would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time,” the commission says.
