US ITC upholds China circular pipe duties
The US International Trade Commission has voted to uphold the extant countervailing duties on circular welded line pipe from China following a five-year sunset review, Kallanish reports.
The commissioners voted unanimously to uphold the duties, with two commissioners not participating in the vote.
