US ITC seeks comments on tariff relief
The US International Trade Commission is asking for public input regarding its investigation into temporary duty suspensions.
The Miscellaneous Tariff Bill Act of 2018, signed into law 13 September, directs the commission to prepare a report on the temporary duty suspensions and reductions contained in the law. The report has to be submitted to the US Congress within 12 months of the bill’s signing.
