US ITC makes final Chinese steel wheels determination
The US International Trade Commission has made a positive final injury determination on imports of steel wheels from China, and both anti-dumping and countervailing duties will now be applied to those imports, Kallanish understands.
The commission vote was split 3:2. Critical circumstances, which can justify retroactive duties, were not found.
