US ITC finds injury in tube case
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of injury as a result of imports of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea, and Switzerland, Kallanish understands.
The ruling clears the way for anti-dumping and countervailing duties to be levied against the named countries, following the margins set by the US Department of Commerce. A full report will be available by 16 June.
