US ITC finds injury in structural steel case
The US International Trade Commission has made a positive injury determination with regards to fabricated structural steel products from Canada, China, and Mexico.
The unanimous injury determination from the five-member commission board allows the US Department of Commerce to continue its dumping and subsidy investigations, which were launched in late February.
